Do you follow an organizational plan in your file creation process where you plan on easy retrieval, or, do you adhere to a growing trend in \u201cfile management chaos\u201d where there is no plan and depend solely on good file retrieval tools? Is there still a need for creating hierarchical stacks of folders and documents to make file retrieval more like a well-organized filing cabinet?
